AirNet Promotes Glenn Ehley to Senior Vice President
of Worldwide Sales and Marketing


MELBOURNE, Florida -- AirNet Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: ANCC) announced the promotion of Glenn Ehley to senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing. Mr. Ehley will continue to report to Lee Hamilton, AirNet president and CEO. Mr. Ehley, who joined the Company in 1995, has held several positions throughout his tenure with AirNet, most recently as vice president of sales and marketing.

"Glenn has been a key member of our management team and his promotion to SVP of worldwide sales and marketing reflect the superior sales and marketing skills that helped build AirNet," stated Hamilton. "His proven skills will be of great importance as we continue to expand our presence in the global arena." Mr. Ehley received an M.B.A. and M.S. in Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Illinois Benedictine College.
